Mission
VACE Insurance is provided by Chamber Benefits Inc. (CBI), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vermont Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE). These services are provided as benefits for employer members and their employees of chambers of commerce in Vermont. VACE provides health insurance through CIGNA for the employees of employers who - are a member in good standing of a chamber of commerce that is a member of VACCE - click the tab "Chambers of Commerce" on the left for a list

VACE provides dental insurance through Northeast Delta Dental for employers who - are a member in good standing of a chamber of commerce that is a member of VACCE - click the tab "Chambers of Commerce" on the left for a list

Keep Informed About Health Reform - click here CIGNA / VACE Insurance Provides Dependent Health Coverage to Age 26 Information The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) was signed into law by President Obama on March 23, 2010. One of the provisions of this law requires health care plans to extend dependent care coverage to eligible individuals up to age 26 beginning with the first plan year anniversaries following September 23, 2010 (January 1, 2011 for VACE). VACE / CIGNA is proactively expediting this mandate by extending dependent coverage up to age 26 effective June 1, 2010 to those who are currently covered as dependents - at a time when some enrollees will graduate losing their student status. Dependents that are under the age of 26, but are not now covered under their parent or guardians health insurance will be allowed to enroll as dependents on their parent's health insurance coverage upon the plans renewal January 1, 2011. - $4,000 Deductible
- $2,450 Deductible - High Deductible Health Plan (suitable for use with an HSA (Health Savings Account) or HRA (Health Reimbursemnet Arrangement)
- $5,950 Deductible - High Deductible Health Plan (suitable for use with an HSA (Health Savings Account) or HRA (Health Reimbursemnet Arrangement)
