COBRA / VIPER(Vermont) / Stimulus

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  For those who might be eligible for VIPER state continuation coverage subsidies under the Federal Stimulus Plan, CIGNA will be contacting potentially eligible individuals, will supply required paperwork to them directly, determine eligibility, and if eligible will bill and collect the 35% payment from the individuals directly.  If one believes they are eligible and have not heard from CIGNA they can contact the VACE office with their contact information and VACE will forward that information to CIGNA.
